The Haryana State Open Board of School is an autonomous body, which is established with Govt. Of. india under Indian trust act. for promotion, development, Education . It has been constituted to regulate Secondary & Senior-Secondary Education, Early Childhood Education Programmed / Nursery Teacher Training / Primary Teacher Training in India & Abroad. With the help of educational experts to train unemployed girls & boys so that they can serve trust effectively and with dignity and may impart education on modern lines to pre school children with stress on moral, instinctual, physically and social personality.

HSOBSC was intended to be a medium of making education easy for students who are unable to attend regular classes. The challenge before us was to make the instructional. delivery of curriculum convenient and as effective as regular classes for the students. It had to be a well-planned and organized extended learning endeavor which allowed students to pursue other activities without affecting their learning. Reaching out to them through the online medium was an excellent way to deliver educational resources and nullify the location constraint.
